- Shipping and Handling. We currently ship by FedEx
ground transportation from our warehouse located in Historic Savannah,
Georgia. Most orders are shipped within one day of receipt to arrive
within 4-6 business days. Standard shipping and handling costs are based
on the total amount of your order, excluding mattresses and
box springs, according to the following chart.

Expedited delivery services, as well as shipments to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas military APO/FPO
addresses are available. Please contact us for rate information. We
regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries, nor do we ship C.O.D.
If you have ordered a mattress and box spring we will contact you about
shipping fees and to arrange for delivery. Costs for these items are
additional and will vary based on delivery location.
- Return Policy. We want you to be satisfied with
your purchases. Clean, unused, unwashed, unopened and/or factory-damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Factory-damaged and incorrect orders will be corrected and resent to you at no charge. Items returned for other reasons may be exchanged for other products or will be refunded to your credit card for the amount of the product if returned within 30 days of receipt as described above; shipping charges are not refunded. Simply email us at customerservice@sierrrasuitestoyou.com to receive return instructions.
- Sales Tax. All orders shipped within the State of
Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax.
- How to Order. Our site uses the convenient 'shopping
cart' method. This is a 4 step process.

(a) Add items to a shopping cart. Just enter
the number of items you wish to purchase and click on 'add to
cart.' You may click on 'continue shopping' or on a category to
view more items.
(b) Check out. When you are finished shopping
and selecting items for purchase please click on 'check out.'
(c) Enter shipping and billing data, including credit
card information.
(d) Confirm and accept the data entered. This
step places the order with us. We will send you a copy of the
order, with all the items you selected for purchase, to the email
address you entered. |
